Appointments scheduled starting August 11 will be at Hawthorn Physiotherapy Clinic, 3860 3rd Ave, Smithers, BC (new building beside fabrications)
Hawthorn Physiotherapy Clinic will be offering direct billing to the following extended health plans: Pacific Blue Cross, MSP (First Nations Health), and all insurance companies of Telus eClaims
Patients with other extended health plans will be required to pay the treatment fee at the time of appointment and submit manually for reimbursement.
